Okay, So winter is gone here in Bangalore. The mornings are quite hot, but evenings you’ll still get to feel that lovely breeze once in a while. Having said that the onset of summer this time around was quicker than the previous ones. No time to transition to Spring wardrobe at all, but still shot this men’s casual wear look for the blog, and thought I’d share it anyway as an outfit idea. This casual look is inspired by the earthy tones i.e., colours mimicking natures elements like moss, minerals, dirt, trees, so the colour palette would essentially have oodles of tans, taupe, browns, greens, khakhi’s, for a colour pop pick darker/ deeper/ duller oranges, yellows, reds.. you get the drift.. right! Not many trends on the runway is easily adaptable as daily wear as this one, as the colour palette in this particularly is soothing and evergreen.
Styling Note: This casual look brings in a holistic mix of earthy tones such as khakhi green, browns with a dash of cold colour i.e., blue, while the white balances out all the other colours in this look. The khakhi green trousers, paired with ankle length boots leaving behind a few ruffles at the hem give it a rugged look, while the white henley collar shirt balances out all the colours.
The blue vest was added to give the look a stylish twist, make sure the vest fits you well. While the blue casual trench was added for those breezy evenings, so feel free to skip either of these for hot summers. Pair it with Wayfarer styled sunglasses for an Urban look, or choose an aviator frame for that rugged biker look, anything goes.
